Job Summary The Senior Administrative Coordinator performs high level administrative support and duties across assigned department. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating and organizing administrative business activities and answer questions and directs inquiries to other members within assigned department. Essential Functions The Senior Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and project support to the assigned manager (typically Director or above) and the respective members / teams that report into this position. This role requires a high degree of administrative and project management ability. Prioritizes own workload and receives limited guidance. He/she manages calendars, prioritizes appointments, schedules meetings, coordinates meeting logistics, makes travel arrangements, takes meeting minutes at designated meetings, creates/submits expense reports, invoices creating of purchase orders, and manages contracts and master service agreements.
